Do we have to rip out our current phone system?

No. We start by understanding what you have. Sometimes the right answer is migrating to hosted VoIP, sometimes just SIP trunks to your existing PBX.

What about Microsoft Teams Phone?

For knowledge-worker teams already in Teams, excellent. For high-volume call centers, a purpose-built VoIP platform is usually a better fit.

How long does porting take?

Toll-free: 2–4 weeks. Geographic: 1–3 weeks. We schedule cutover for nights or weekends.

What does it cost?

Per-user pricing. Includes the desk phone, cloud service, all features, and support. Flat quote after a 15-minute call.

What if a circuit goes down?

VoIP rides over your internet — we recommend a backup circuit where phones are business-critical, with automatic failover.
